Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Flock Systems to your Discord server or interacting with any of its commands, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your server. If you do not agree, remove the bot and discontinue use.

2. Eligibility

Flock Systems is intended for use within ERLC roleplay communities on Discord. You must have permission from your server's administration to add third-party bots, and you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

3. Acceptable Use

Flock Systems is a roleplay tool only. You agree not to:

• Use scan data, plate history, or BOLO tools to harass, dox, or target real individuals
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or overload the bot's infrastructure
• Use the service for any purpose outside of ERLC roleplay activity
• Circumvent role-based permissions to access staff-only tools

4. Data & Logging

Flock Systems logs in-game vehicle plates, scan timestamps, camera locations, and BOLO entries tied to your server for the purpose of the roleplay features it provides. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what is collected and how it's stored.

5. Availability

Flock Systems is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and scheduled maintenance or outages may occur without advance notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flock Systems is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any in-server disputes, moderation decisions, or roleplay outcomes resulting from use of the bot's data or tools.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Flock Systems for any server or user found violating these Terms, without prior notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Flock Systems after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
